Another perfect getaway for the kids is the laidback regional city of Port Macquarie. It’s a great place for the kids, with so much to see and do, you are spoilt with choice. Take the kids to the Koala Hospital, see and learn about the iconic Australian Koala. The Billabong Zoo is another great place to see wildlife up close and experience these amazing animals.
If you’re looking for a more physical, the Stoney Aqua Park in Telegraph Point is the perfect action-packed adrenaline-filled activity to take the kids to. They also offer Water Skiing as well. Alternatively, take the kids on a bushwalk to visit the Old BottleButt tree in the Burrawan State Forest, which is over 200 years old!
