Bite Foodies Book Club – Coffs Harbour
Awia Markey is bringing something different to the Coffs Harbour social scene with a series of food and arts-related events. Saturday is a chance for book and food lovers to get together to exchange ideas at the monthly meeting of the Bite Book Club. Each month the books have food themes (but not recipe books) and this month’s is ‘What She Ate – Six Remarkable Women and the Food That Tells Their Stories’. Awia says it is not important that you have read the book as enjoying the interaction is just as important. She is also conducting regular Art, Bites & Sips walking tours of the city, which include tasty treats, exploring street art and visiting local galleries. Several walks are scheduled for January so check Eventbrite for dates.
